My visit to Platform 65 offered a unique dining experience with its innovative automation and train-delivered dishes. The restaurant's cozy setting and delicious, albeit somewhat limited, menu make it a treat for the taste buds. The highlight was the entertaining automated delivery via miniature trains, adding novelty to the atmosphere. However, be prepared for long queues during peak times; I waited 45 minutes. The inviting ambiance creates a perfect setting for memorable moments with family and friends. While the queues and limited menu may be minor inconveniences, Platform 65 is a worthwhile, one-time adventure for those seeking a novel dining experience.

The train theme resturant is serving in unique way by toy train. The staff were very good and they have a large number of seating arrangements. They are serving starters, main course and deserts. The prices are bit high but it's worth to pay for the quality of foods. Water bottle will cost you Rs.60 but they will provide normal water also. We have amazing experience when we have visited this restaurant.
This restaurant needs no introduction. A toy train themed restaurant where the dishes are brought to your table by toy trains.
Located along the fourth floor, it's quite spacious and can accommodate 200+ pax at a time. There are seating options to accommodate different group sizes.
We visited here for lunch on a weekday. We ordered the following:
Chicken Manchow Soup, Belluli Chicken Soup, Mak Malai Chicken Tikka, Irani Fish Tikka, Hong Kong Chicken Fry, Kuchipudi Chicken, Hariyali Fish Tikka, Afghani Murgh, Special Chicken Biriyani, Tandoori Roti, Apple Rabdi, Qubani ka Meetha, and Dry Fruit Custard. In beverages, we had Pineapple Mint Punch, Orange Mojito and Green Lady. Paan is also given at the end.
Overall the food tasted well. However, both the soups fell short of expectations, with Manchow Soup not being spicy enough and Belluli Chicken Soup not having enough salt. The fish tikkas were really tasty. The Chicken Tikka was quite cold. Afghani Murgh is relatively sweet. It took a while for beverages to be served but the food items were served without much wait.
Staff are friendly and suggests food depending on our taste requirements. However, some of the items were not available and their original menu was cut short. Online menu wasn't of much use. There is no service charge added to bill but the waiter will ask to add tip.
Overall, enjoyed the visit especially the toy train experience and would recommend for everyone to try but shouldn't expect too much from food aspect.
The place can get crowded during weekends. Valet parking is available. Lift is available but stairs at the entrance of the building. Finger bowls are also available. Washroom is clean as well. Seating is available in the waiting area but can get filled soon if weekends. They have happy hours during lunch time between Mondays to Thursdays as well as online payment offers as well.
